中国徐悲鸿画院声明：任何单位和个人，未经本院董事局批准和授权，不得冒用本单位名称开展社会活动和经商，违者将承担全部经济责任、法律责任。

中国徐悲鸿画院成立于1992年,原隶属文化部。全国政协常委、徐悲鸿纪念馆馆长廖静文授权冠“徐悲鸿”名字，依法在国际国内注册成立。中国文化体制改革后，为跨国家、跨地区综合国际产业集团。统一社会信用代码1833682号。
